5th activity: "How much Physics is in Chemistry?”
In “How much Physics is in Chemistry?”, the students studied the basic chemical laws. So, besides the theoretical approach, they had the opportunity to do experiments, in order to fully grasp what they were learning. The main goal was to understand the differences between physical and chemical phenomena.
Thus, Chemical teachers conducted experiments on chemical transformations, due to the addition of substances, to the action of heat, electricity and light and to a mechanical action.
As it happened in activity 4, a Physics/ Chemistry teacher visited our primary schools to involve the students in the preparation of solutions, showing how solvents dissolve solutes.
